Alex Wong/Getty Images Key Facts As of Tuesday, 16 states have passed Biden’s goal, and all voted for him in 2020: Vermont, Massachusetts, Hawaii, Connecticut, Maine, New Jersey, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, Maryland, Washington, Illinois, New York, Virginia and California.  Washington, D.C., which overwhelmingly voted for Biden in 2020, has also at least partially vaccinated more than 70% of its adults (71.3%).  Just nine states that voted for Biden haven’t reached the 70% threshold, though only one has vaccinated less than 60% (Georgia): Arizona (60%), Colorado (68.8%), Delaware (69.1%), Georgia (52.9%), Michigan (61.9%), Minnesota (69.2%), Nevada (60%), Wisconsin (64.7%) and Oregon (68.7%).
