The IRS has just waived some Inherited IRA RMDs again for 2024. Even if you are not technically required to make a withdrawal, it may still make tax sense to make a distribution in 2024. This is the fourth year in a row that the IRS has kicked the can down the road for people needing to start RMDs on Inherited IRAs under the new rules.
