Serghei Spivac vs. Jared Vanderaa Round 1 – Vanderaa presses forward right away and lands a low kick. Spivac is backing up towards the fence, and Vanderaa is jumping the jab in his face. Vanderaa throws another leg kick, and Spivac uses it to shoot in and secure a takedown. Vanderaa scoots toward the fence and uses it to stand back up. Spivac still has ahold of him, though, and uses a foot sweep to trip Vanderaa to the ground. Spivac lands in half guard, and starts to go to work.
